I recently came upon the most delightful blog I have ever seen. Surprisingly, it’s not about tea. However, the post that lead me to it was about tea. The blog “How to Live to 100” provides a brief snapshot of the lives of individuals who have been blessed to live to the golden age of 100 years old or older. I was so impressed that I had to share with others.

Elder care is a topic that is near and dear to my heart. My husband and I are the sole caregivers of my grandmother Flossie who will be 97 at the end of this month. While she suffers from Dementia and at times can be very challenging to care for, there are other times when her life and strength are inspiring. Even Flossie’s attitude while feisty, keeps us on our toes and even in tears with laughter. You can share in the adventure by visiting my blog, Dementia Thoughts.

Thus when I happened upon “How to Live to 100” I was intrigued by every story, every quote, every life tip that I read. Below is a quote from the first post I had the pleasure of reading… Secret To Long Life: Black Tea

“Lots of black tea.  I drink about 10 to 12 cups a day. By now, I think my stomach is lined with tannic acid.”

Elizabeth Glenfield is absolutely adorable! How do I know? Each post includes a photo of the individual being spotlighted. The next time you are sipping on a cuppa tea, stop by “How to Live to 100” and enjoy each amazing story.
