Hey Ryan,

Thanks for visiting and commenting. When drinking a loose tea of quality, it is amazing how complex the flavor can be. As with the White Peony you are drinking and white teas in general, there is an unexpected natural sweetness. I have been amazed at the shift in my tea drinking habits over time. I use significantly less sweetener as I enjoy the natural flavors contained in each tea.

Hope to talk with you again soon.

I'm tasting my first cup of this tea right now. I'm fairly new to the world of loose leaf tea, and I chose this one as my first white tea. It's delicious, but I was not expecting it to be so sweet so I added sweetener to my cup before brewing the tea. I'll have to try it without next time.

Love the blog, I subscribed to the feed so I can keep up with your new reviews!
